An unforgettable mountain adventure from Vihren to Sinanitsa

We chose this mountain trek because for one reason or another it is extremely dear to us. Maybe because of the tradition every autumn to do this route with the whole team so that we can share the beauty of this area of ​​Pirin Mountain.

Our route will pass through the Sinanishki circus – famous for its beauty, with which the mountain always manages to captivate us. Every time we cross the transition we can see the nature around us in a different way. The light and the clouds play so much that we notice new and bizarre shapes.

Our first day will be more for adjustment, because we will not really have walking. Our transition on the second day starts from x. Vihren as we plan an early departure. The challenges will be crossing the Banderishka and Sinanishka gates, reaching the Sinanitsa peak, enjoying the incredible views :), going down to the hut. Sinanitsa and evening relaxation with sweet conversations.

Depending on the desire of the group and the way of traveling, there is a possibility for the return to be on an alternative route. As well as the option to visit warm mineral baths – so you can provide a swimsuit 🙂

Difficulty: Medium, with two more intense climbs

Duration of the hike second day: about 6 hours, with ascent of Sinanitsa peak and descent to the hut

Height of Sinanitsa peak: 2516 m.

Duration of the transition third day: about 4.5 hours.

What you need to prepare for this pass?

Comfortable hiking boots, preferably above the ankle
Windbreaker
Thin down (optional)
Spare pair of socks
Raincoat or suitable waterproof jacket
Polar
Comfortable backpack, considering the optimal weight for you, with which you will fill it 🙂
Cheeks
Thin sleeping bag (optional and for better comfort) for x. Sinanitsa
Water bottle

Food and Accommodation during a mountain hike

• The first night is Vihren hut
• The second night is at the Sinanitsa hut
• In both huts there is an opportunity to buy food.
• It is good, however, to provide a suitable sandwich, dried fruit, nuts

Who is the program suitable for?

The transition to Sinanitsa is suitable for people who love nature and would like to visit a beautiful place. As in this case, they have the opportunity to easily inherit the trek, because the organization will be made by our guide 🙂
